I have worked in a BPO industry as customer service specialist for eBay NA Sell for 3 years. As a customer support, I assisted customers regarding their various concerns like creating an eBay account, billing,selling, buying, troubleshooting and in resolving disputes and cases. For selling concerns, I helped customers create their listings, upload photos and videos and marketing strategies. For buying, I assisted customers find the products they wanted to buy on eBay, buying procedures, payment process and how to open return cases. For billing, I assisted customers settle their amount due with eBay. For both buyer
and sellers, we help them troubleshoot their computers in case of technical problems. Lastly, we help resolve cases filed by one against the other (seller against buyer and vice versa) before escalation.
