My name is Francisca Obiajulu with a master’s degree in finance and accounting from Brunel University in Uxbridge, United Kingdom and bachelor’s degree in finance from St. Mary’s University in Nova Scotia, Canada. I am also a Chartered Administrator with membership in the Chartered Institute of Administrators of Nigeria (Membership number: 9/8809; June 2019) and I have also obtained a certificate in Procurement and Contract Management (Jan. 2023).

I have served as a General Administrator and Consultant where I managed key contacts, supervised transportation and maintenance, and have represented the organization in important meetings. In my previous jobs, i have supported travel arrangements, reviewed invoices, enhanced operational procedures, coordinated logistics for training and workshops, and managed relationships with vendors.

In my career, I have performed tasks which includes but not limited to preparing budgets, coordinating staff and activities and liaising with the travel agencies, analyzing and evaluating vendors performance, payment requisitions, updating records, preparing documentation, data research and management, identifying new hotels and negotiate concessionary rates for staff, handling cash payments and bank posting, arranging meetings and appointments, planning of meeting and training activities and disseminating materials, making hotel reservations, arranging of airport or hotel pick-ups and drop off, flight bookings for staff, consultants and participants for COVID- 19 activities.

I enhance my expertise by engaging in educational programs, staying informed through professional publications, nurturing personal connections, and actively participating in professional associations.

Also, I have experience in schedule arrangement, I have set up employee databases, initiated recruitment procedures, and supervised construction projects to ensure efficiency and delivery. In my previous role as an administrator in a governmental agency, I was involved in monitoring administrative functions, planning high-level events, managing cash flow, and collaborating with PwC for project activities and fund disbursements.

I obtained my earned her MSc. in Accounting & Finance from Brunel University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Saint Mary’s University. Over the years, I have used my spare time to improve my professional development by earning some certifications, including HRBP, Basic Financial Modelling, Project Management, and Procurement and Contract Management.
