Francis Vince Adriane Malanog

I studied Medical Laboratory Science, in which I was a Dean's Lister for 3 straight years. I was recently a customer service representative and a fashion consultant for one year, where I handled three chats for five brands at the same time. My role was to answer general inquiries, process orders, returns and exchanges, process appropriate billing requests, and provide retention steps for members. The experience further developed my efficient and effective communication skills, which provided satisfaction to customers. I was also a team leader of a data encoding team that encodes US loan forms for 6 months. I have honed my attention to detail and typing speed to 95 average words per minute with 100% accuracy. I was also a team leader when I was introduced to a work immersion program as a medical laboratory scientist. I answered patient inquiries, managed laboratory information systems and record keeping, processed appropriate billing, and monitored the progress and performance of my team.

I am a highly motivated, organized, tech-savvy, and fast learner. I have always been able to adapt to any work environment and deliver quality results, even under pressure.
