I am now retired from working permanent full time, but I am looking for any opportunities to apply my experience in the following areas:

Mainframe application development and maintenance, especially in the areas of financial, banking and insurance;

Legacy systems modernization (replacing "green screens" with web pages);

Systems Analysis and Design.

Since I live off-shore (Panama - time zone is EST) and must do the majority of my work remotely my hourly rate is very economical but the quality will be very high.
