Knowledgeable in ATS such as Bullhorn, Hubspot and Brightcove .
Connecting to the candidates using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and LinkedIn RecruiterLite.
Able to sourced passive candidates via Xray sourcing.
Lead generation for client/candidate opportunity.
Familiar with Boolean string searches.
Business Development / Data Entry / Lead Generation:
Data scraping of a company profile such as searching for the decision maker's name, taking the telephone number, company email and website. Insert this information into Google sheet.
Manage, maintain and updating CRM such as Bullhorn, Trello, Pipedrive, Salesforce, and Hubspot.
Familiar with Google chrome extension (Lead IQ, Hunter, Fyre, and Nitro).
Inbox Administration.
Email management.
Daily reporting. Assist with day-to-day office needs.
Ensuring that the reports are completed accurately and distributed to relevant recipients on time. Such as updating the end of the day and end of week report.
Familiar with Boolean string searches, Linked In Recruiter, Zip Recruiter and Bullhorn.
