• Resolved and paid thousands of on-time and overdue invoices/statements from different clinics across United States using a personal JP Morgan credit card, mostly outbound calls.
• Conduct a 30-minute online class by using the chosen lesson material of the student, following the lesson script and flow and accomplishing the following: enunciate the words properly, give gestures, provide visual aids, motivate, understand the strength and weaknesses of the students and utilize interpersonal skills during the class especially on the young learners. After class, a feedback and teacher notes is required for future improvements and build rapport as well with the student in order to expect a another class reservation.
