I am an accounting graduate, equipped with accounting knowledge & skills with 2+ years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping. I completed my internship in an accounting firm here in my hometown. Additionally, I am familiar with Quickbooks and similar accounting software.

Moreover, I am an experienced customer service representative, in which I excel because I find joy in addressing and resolving customer concerns in a professional manner. I was a successful CSR from Bouqs Co. Also, the second agency I worked with handled the United Nations and its members, and my performance was appreciated and got promoted as a Quality Analyst.

Furthermore, I have experience managing properties on Airbnb and other similar platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, and Traveloka since I personally assist in our condominium rental family business.

I can also do simple tasks such as data entry, proofreading & editing. I am confident to say I have strong organizational and time management skills.
