Frances Gayle Villanueva

I started off my career as a Online English Teacher with 51 Talk for 3 years where I conducted lessons in English, after a year I got promoted as a mentor(team leader) to newly hired teachers wherein my responsibilities are to conduct coaching sessions, submit reports aboout new teacher's performace, create presentations and google spreadsheet about the monthly team performance. In that role, a major accomplishment I'm most proud of was that I was able to produce a high quality skilled teachers. This resulted my teammembers to be top performing teacher every month.

Then after a year, I got hired as a customer service appointment setter with China Import Formula where I call sales leads to make and confirm appointments, follow up after sales events, and meet team targets. In that role, I'm most proud of producing high number of sales in our team.
