Let me give you a highlight of my experiences that qualifies your standards and expectations. I started working, as a Customer Service Representative for macys.com. My responsibilities were talking to customers mostly placing orders, tracking shipments, processing refunds for packages not received, and dealing with complaints of the customers.
After a year, there came an opportunity for a new line of business which is email team for the same account. This was just the same responsibilities but the only difference was I assist them through email.
Then after six months, I was transferred in backline team. I did investigations for fraud customers, reviewing orders if a claim can be filed for packages not received, processing requests from the front liners requests like refunds and reshipments and exchanging emails from the warehouse.
Then, I applied as a team leader and got promoted. I've handled Customer support representatives and Backline agents. I've learned to do multitask, work under pressure and learned to do smart goals.
Additional experience is that I also worked in Boostup.social where I place and renew orders, manage client's accounting, answering chat and email inquiries for customers who wants to boost their likes on instagram. It ended after a month since it was a short term project.
My first client in Upwork is under the Desanti Group doing cold calling for real estate wherein I look for people who wants to sell their properties. This was 20 hours per week and I use Mojo dialer. I sent sellers information through Skype for the client.
My long term experience as a cold caller was with Farm Bureau Insurance that finds people who wants to have a quote for auto or life insurance. I persistently get 10-25 transfers per week with 200 calls per day and I love it because the client is fair enough to give me commission because of meeting the target every week. All leads would either be transferred to the licensed agent or can be uploaded on a jot form.
Right now, I am working under SpotOn, a merchant service provider which I cold call business owners in Florida and sets an appointment for the client to speak with them to know more about the product. I take 150 calls for my 5 hours shift and 10-20 appointments every week. And I am glad to say that I already got an initial bonus from the client. After a week, the client also asked me to do lead generation for 2 hours to look for business owners on google.
