Hi!

This is Francel from the Philippines. I am a highly experienced

and detail-oriented Document Controller with over 12 years of experience in document

management from various industries such as manufacturing, construction and

architectural firm.

As a Document Controller, I am responsible in managing and organizing project documentations as well as managing the internal and external documents of the company ensuring compliance to company standards and maintaining an efficient workflow.

Throughout the years, I learned the importation of having a document management system in a company or organization and this system should be accurate, updated and efficient.

My experience being a DC includes overseeing the lifecycle of the documents, from creation, revision, distribution, obsoletion and archival. I also ensure that the organization uses the most updated version of each document.  

I am proficient in using document management system such as SharePoint and OneDrive to help streamline workflows and I am highly skilled in maintaining a secure, organized system for document storage and retrieval.

I excel at collaborating and coordinating revisions of the documents with other departments to ensure that all departments are using an up-to date version.

I have high attention to details to reduce document-related errors and that it complies with the standard.

With a proven track in document management and control, I am eager to continue my skills and expertise to contribute to the future organization or projects.
