I’m currently a customer service representative at a solar company, where I focus on customer satisfaction and engagement through communication. Before that, I earned my degree in Economics at the National Open University of Nigeria. I’m now looking to move into a role where I can take on more strategic responsibility and work on larger-scale projects.
I have over two years experience in customer service, primarily in fast-paced retail and call center environments. I’ve developed strong communication and problem-solving skills, and I take pride in resolving customer issues efficiently and with "empathy". I have learnt to stay calm under pressure and turning difficult situations into positive outcomes. Right now, I’m looking to grow in a role where I can continue to deliver excellent service while taking on more responsibility, like training new team members or handling more complex cases.
