As a store manager for Costa’s Time Collection in Goa, I managed sales for high-end watch brands, trained and led staff, handled inventory and banking, and maintained direct communication with customers through personalized service and marketing efforts. In addition to my customer-facing roles, I also have solid technical experience from my time at Aegis BPO Services as a Senior Executive System Administrator.
