I am a sales manager. I manage a team of 18 associates. I support my team in achieving set goals and objectives of the company. I attain my targets month on month (both sales and customers). I am highly effective and complete tasks within the stipulated time. I prepare meeting presentation (Virtually and physically), Participate in marketing strategies meetings as well as create theme contents for the associates according to the company weekly themes. Hiring me will be an added advantage as I am highly skilled. I recruit, select, train, and develop high value associates who are performers and understand cold calling. During my free time, I love reading. I am always in a space to learn new things and growth. Abundance is my mantra.
