I am an exceptional and energetic Virtual Assistant with over 13 years experience working with Fidelity Bank PLC ( a financial Institution).

First as a Teller. I receive and pay customers cash after processing their transactions.

I later worked as a Fund Transfer Officer. Here I process and transfer customers funds both Intra-bank transfer and Inter-bank transfer using RTGS and NEFT platforms.

And finally, i worked as a Customer Service Officer (CSO).

Here my work is to open new accounts for customers, update their records on the Bank's data base, launch customers on online banking transfer platform using Profectus.

Resolve customers issues on CRM and amongst others.

I worked also with Millionaires Squad as a Virtual Assistant. Here I majored in administrative support with tools like Trello, Asana, Google workspace and Canva, I managed customers emails,Calendar, scheduled customers family vacation from the booking to their lodging. And did some data entry task too.
