The last year 2015 I started working at Six Eleven Global Services as an agent, we are called as a Retention Specialist because our main task is to stop the customer from canceling their account.That was my inbound Customer service Experience that ends in the year 2016.A year ago after Six Eleven, I decided to work in home-based for some reason and that is to take good care of my daughter, being hired as an Outbound Sales Agent for a Smart Brace company.Smart brace is used to lessen the discomforts of an old man.I started June 2016 until May of this year.The main reason I left my job because of the dear of my father, and when I decided to came back my supervisor told me that the campaign was not existing anymore.This why I'm here seeking for a job.

I can say that will be the right person you'll gonna hire,1st, I am a hardworking person and willing to be trained anytime.2nd, I am kind of a flexible person that can work a graveyard shift and lastly you should hire me because I am really an open minded person that can work with intelligence.
