processes. I have worked on both corporate and

agency sides of recruitment, gaining a well-rounded

perspective of the industry. My expertise includes

managing end-to-end recruitment processes, direct

sourcing, contract management, process

improvement and reporting. I have been actively

involved in development projects, such as

optimizing onboarding procedures, creating

knowledge repositories, and planning the entire

recruitment budget alongside preparing various
