I worked as a CSR in a BPO for 5 1/2 years before deciding to work at home. I worked as a Real Estate VA making phone calls for my client and setting appointments. I'm also doing back-office tasks such as managing clients' emails, preparing the documents needed, etc. I worked as a CS in an E-commerce company specifically Etsy, Shopify, and Amazon. I answer customer inquiries, and managed returns/replacements this led me to learn how to create listings, prepare discounts, and such.
