I am a Project Manager and PMO specialist with solid experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering medium- to large-scale projects in the energy, sanitation, and technology sectors. My career is built on combining governance practices with Agile and hybrid methodologies to achieve results that go beyond expectations.

I have successfully managed projects using Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, and Waterfall, always adapting the methodology to the needs of the client and organization. I am experienced in planning, scheduling, defining scope, risk management, and monitoring KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

My achievements include reducing turnover by 90%, increasing client service levels from 60% to 82%, and boosting monthly revenue by 40% through operational improvements. I have also implemented dashboards in Power BI and managed demands in Azure DevOps and Jira, strengthening project visibility and strategic decision-making.
