I'm an experienced IT Support Analyst with over 10 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure, technical support, and system automation. Throughout my career, I've worked closely with internal teams to maintain stable and secure environments, solve critical issues, and implement scalable solutions that help businesses run smoother and smarter.

My journey started in the infrastructure and help desk world, where I managed networks, Windows Servers, Office 365 environments, firewalls, backups, and user access. I’ve always been passionate about problem-solving, whether it meant fixing a networking loop, automating a backup routine, or improving user support with clear documentation and streamlined processes.

Over time, I felt the need to evolve and deepen my technical knowledge. That's when I began transitioning into backend development and data analysis. I upskilled through professional training in Python, SQL, FastAPI, and Power BI, and earned a Data Science certification from DNC. Today, I bring together the best of both worlds: infrastructure awareness and the ability to develop intelligent tools, dashboards, and automations.
