Project Overview
An application specifically for people who
experience problems with their vehicle tires while
on the road, this mobile application helps call
the nearest tire repairman.
Problem Stament
Unwanted events often happen unexpectedly, such as
your vehicle tire suddenly getting a flat. Of
course you can't predict where your tire will get
a flat, it could happen in the middle of nowhere.
There are many tire repair shops spread across
various places, but you can't expect your tire to
suddenly get a flat near a tire repair shop. What
will you do if your location is quite far from a
tire repairman? It seems like pushing your vehicle
is not an attractive option, right?
Goal Statement
No need to push your vehicle, just open your phone
and call the nearest tire repairman, wait a moment
and the problem is solved, in this application
customers do not need to log in, just enter the
location and choose your tire repairman, not much
time is wasted!
Design Process
1 Empathize
2 Define
This stage aims to identify target
users in order to empathize with
their perspectives. This is done by
conducting direct interviews with
users, what their concerns are,
what they want, and what they
think.
With the data that has been
collected, observe where the user's
problems are, while determining the
user's needs. Are there any common
problems that occur among users? At
this stage, a mapping is made of
what user needs that have not been
met.
3 Ideate
4 Design
At this stage, brainstorming is
carried out between the related
teams, based on the mapping results
in the previous stage. Many ideas
are poured out at this stage, and
also many ideas are developed.
Building a representation of the
ideas that have been developed in
the previous stage. The purpose of
this stage is to understand whether
the components of the idea that are
built will be successful or not, at
this stage a feasibility test is
also carried out through feedback on
the design that has been made.
