Fitria Lachinsky

I’m a UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of professional experience, currently working at PT Kreasi Rekayasa Indonesia for 5 years. I specialize in designing user-centered digital products across mobile apps, web platforms, and data-heavy dashboards.

My work includes end-to-end product design, from UX research, defining user flows, wireframing, and prototyping, to delivering polished high-fidelity UI using Figma as my main tool. I have extensive experience designing complex workflows, multi-state components, and scalable design systems that support long-term product growth.

In addition to my full-time role, I also worked as a UI/UX Design Mentor at Eduwork for 2 years, guiding students through real project cases and teaching product design fundamentals.
