I have two years of customer service experience. I worked for the Machung University English department, answering a wide variety of questions from prospective students and organizations. I worked online for a virtual travel company which required me to process orders from customers, answer customers’ inquiries, create administrative reports about the customers, ask for feedback and deal with a variety of problems.
I am a hardworking person who is eager to learn and adapt to whatever is required of me. To that effect, I am looking for work either as a VA conducting administrative tasks/research/writing etc or as a Customer Service Representative.
