My name is Fikir Birhnau. I'm an Appointment setter who has worked in the cold calling industry for the past 2 years for different US based companies remotely from home. During my stay at the first Real estate company I was responsible to call home owners and see if they were interested in selling their property now or in the near future. The second company was an outsourcing company and was responsible for handling cold calling in different campaigns. And in the past year I have learned how to communicate with people on the phone. Specifically with Americans on how to deal with them by greeting them properly and how to build a rapport prior to selling anything. I believe I'm the great fit for this position because I have a great tone of voice over phone, positive attitude, I'm enthusiastic and a hard worker. And when it comes to technical stuff I have a great workspace which is suitable for making calls, a sound canceling Headset and stable internet.
