I have been in the Call Center Industry for more than 10 yrs now, I have handled huge telco accounts (AT&T, Telstra, T-Mobile, Sprint), HR/Payroll (Xerox), australian account (Pacific Brands) and real estate account (ParkTree). For the inbound calls, I was able to do Customer Service, Billing, Tech Support, Financial Care, and Retention.
