I think in flows: money, data, approvals, risk, and accountability. That’s how I’ve built operating models for IMTOs and payment businesses, including treasury, reconciliation, compliance, and call center routing. I understand FX, remittances, liquidity, pricing, and counterparty risk, not as theory, but as real-world levers.

I also build organizations from the inside out. Org structures, SOPs, KPIs, risk registers, and governance aren’t optional, they’re essential. I take founder-led chaos and make it reliable for teams, investors, and regulators.

At the core, I care about people and systems together. I lead product teams, mentor junior PMs, and design processes that strengthen teams while delivering results. I build solutions that move money, scale under pressure, and keep growing without breaking.
