Admin/Customer Service | September 2022 – August 2023
▪ I started as an admin where I check documents and approve/reject pharmacy and finance registration.
Track the progress via google spreadsheet and chasing documents for rejected application via email,
WhatsApp or phone call.
▪ Due to the company's need, I was moved to response team where I answer general inquiry, app walk
through, chasing pharmacy orders via live chat, CRM, email, WhatsApp and inbound/outbound calls. I
also track orders and technical issue to continuously follow up and resolve the raised issues as quickly as
possible.
▪ Social Media Manager. I was responsible on responding to comments, authorizing tags and social media
posts, responding to private messages for facebook and instagram via meta and lead generation,
checking the profile and following potential clients.

▪ I was originally hired as a tech advisor II where we do called calling.We are helping out our US based
clients with their billing inquiries and disputes, place orders, general inquiries and technical
troubleshooting for cable, internet, phone, and security system. Book them for truck roll appointment if
we can’t resolve the issues over the phone.
▪ I was promoted as Product Ready Trainer where I facilitated recursive trainings to old and new hired
employees, conducting final interviews, and sending EOD reports.
▪ Later on I decided to choose the Subject Matter Expert position due to company’s need and been on
that position for more than 3 years where I take over escalated calls, doing admin tasks, sending
escalated and corporate emails, handling 20 agents, conducting one-on-one coaching, doing call
listening and approving adjustments.

▪ The main task at this company was mainly helping the customer with phone
activation/reactivation/deactivation, redeem minutes and performing basic troubleshooting for unable to
send/receive message or unable to make outgoing calls and unable to receive incoming calls.
