I have 8 years of experience in sales technical and admin support. I was promoted as a subject matter on my previous job and my tasks are taking over escalated calls, sending EOD reports, sending escalations and corporate emails, and answering inquiries over the chat. On my most recent job, I started as an admin where I review and chase missing documents to approve finance and pharmacy registrations. Tracking the approved and rejected application and contact clients with missing documents. I was later on moved to response team where I answer inquiry via WhatsApp, live chat, email, CRM and inbound/outbound call. I was also assigned as a social media manager. I was responsible on responding to comments, authorizing tags and social media posts, responding to private messages for facebook and instagram via meta and lead generation, checking the profile and following potential clients.
