I’m a responsible, hardworking and proactive professional; with over 2 years of work experience, looking for a job to apply my education and technical skills to promote the success of the company. My work experience is varied, as part of Foundever I worked with 3 different US Brands or Companies, the first one was RingCentral in a B2B environment I was renowned for delivering an outstanding customer service due to time management and excellent communication skills. My second campaign was CapitalOne Bank, this helped me a lot with my skills since I needed to deal with too many customers with different personalities, and in the end based on my performance I was algo recognized for delivering an outstanding customer service. Then I got transferred to Bath and Body Works in the customer care team, providing support with their orders and loyalty accounts, based on my performance I was promoted as a Back Office agent, assisting and reviewing customers refund and reshipment requests in big orders.
