I work as a Part-time VA with Kash LLC. My job role is a Lead Generator. My main role is to extract data from Property Radar, specifically Foreclosure properties. Then I transfer the data to a spreadsheet. I also use a website to get the contact details of the owner of each properties.

I'm also worked with Better Lending Team as a Realtor Recruiter. I call realtors in Florida and make them do business with us - a Mortgage company. I had a lot of success.

In the past years of my career, I worked as a call center agent for 9 years. I consider myself as an expert. I know how to handle outbound and inbound calls. I am patient, persistent, motivated, friendly and a team player. Below are my responsibilities as an agent:

·        Explain and resolve billing concerns to business owners

·        Made retention offers to keep customers   

·        Respond to emails inquiries

·        Explain details of contracts and resolve if there is any discrepancy

·        Update customers regarding the status of their phone and/or internet service installation

·        Front line customer service for email and phone

·        Outbound calling for customer retention

·        Up-selling in all applicable inbound calls
