My most recent role was as a customer support representative for a well-known global brand. I handled customer inquiries through email, live chat, comments, and direct messages on social media. I’ve worked with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, and various order-tracking apps and websites.
Before that, I also worked with a couple of US-based telecom companies, assisting customers with their service, billing, and sales inquiries. These experiences have really helped me strengthen my communication skills and learn how to handle different kinds of customer concerns effectively.
