I have over 13 years of Human Resources and consulting experience. I bring experience, qualifications, and sheer desire and passion for Human Resources. I also have an extensive educational background and look forward to continued growth with additional credentials and certifications.I believe in “walking my talk” and cultivating an environment that demonstrates the core values and mission of an organization. A true leader who can “influence” without titles. I am able to develop necessary DNA and knowledge of a company to ensure they have the most efficient and effective HR Department and engaged employees. Fortunately, I have had exposure to small companies, mid sized companies and large Fortune 500 companies. Based on these experiences I am more than well equipped to successfully create, implement, and execute in the Human Resources space. I am willing to learn and be a constant resources for all employees at every level. I look forward to bringing all of these qualities to outstanding and forward moving organizations.
