Since I started my career in the IT industry in 2008, my experience has been mostly oriented towards Software Quality Assurance and Testing (both automated and manual).
Also, I've had experience leading teams (both locally and global).
I've had experience in project management duties, which include planning and maintaining yearly (million-dollar) budgets, maintaining corporate compliance documentation, making executive decisions for the team and handling critical situations.
However, intertwined with the above, I've also had ample experience with customer support, mostly by liaising directly with clients and eliciting requirements, and helping define functional and business requirements and relaying them to the technical team.
I've also had some experience generating training materials, both in video as well as in written document form.
