Felix Ayoyinka

In my 20 years career, I have worked in 2 top Nigerian Banks as a Relationship Manager as well as People Manager both in Nigeria and Ghana. From the beginning of my banking career which started in Ibadan, South West Nigeria, I had the rare privilege of starting a new bank branch on Lagos Mainland in Nigeria which I took to an enviable height in Customer Acquisition and Deposit Mobilisation within the first year. I have supervised more than 100 people at different times in different capacities in addition to building alliances at top levels.

I rose to the position of Regional Head in Retail Banking with responsibility over 10 Retail Bank Branches on Lagos Mainland, Nigeria. Along the line, I had the privilege of setting up & managing the Telemarketing unit for one of the banks where I worked which took me to Italy & Portugal on a working visit. The unit had over 100 officers as team members.

I have also managed a Microfinance outfit with primary function of micro credit extension & I have trained professionals in Relationship Management, Loan/Credit Creation & Monitoring as well as Credit Risk Management.

In 2017, I took up the role of Country Manager of an Outsourcing firm in Ghana where I had some top Ghanaian Banks as clients with over 150 employees. The combined experience of the work environment in Nigeria and Ghana is not only awesome but value-adding.

I am a member of The Nigerian Institute of Training & Development (NITAD) as well as The Ibadan Golf Club.
