I am an experienced virtual assistant, customer service, sales, and marketing specialist with five years of experience working in an office, at the front desk, and remotely.

I provided customer support through phone calls, chat, email, and social media.

At Foundever and 24/7 Intouch working in Canada with more than a year experience in each firm, I worked as a customer service and sales agent, I was able to learn how to manage my work, needs, and time, keep track of my performance, and develop my skills to be able to emphasize and attentively listen to customer needs and concerns in billing, accounts, bookings and any technical issues or troubleshooting problems.

Working over three years at Goodlife Fitness, I worked as a front desk agent and club attendant. I developed a passion for fitness and health. I helped members with their accounts and any fitness inquiries they may have with the guidance of personal trainers. My duties included membership sales, handling account inquiries, and leading fitness classes. I also ensured that the club was well stocked, clean, organized and disinfected at all times.

A BA graduate of University of Manitoba with a degree in Film Media and English Literature. I possess strong editing, videography, photography and writing skills. 

My educational background in Film Media and English Literature from the University of Manitoba has equipped me with a strong foundation in storytelling, visual communication, and critical thinking.

I worked as a marketing and digital media intern and supervisor at Factual Films Delight in Kenya incoordination shows, marketing, advertising, and performances as well as being involved in creative writing for client advertisement and promotional needs.
