My professional journey began with 9 years in traditional project management, where I honed my skills in program management, PMO operations, and cross-functional leadership. For the last 9+ years, I have been deeply engaged in driving Agile transformations, helping organizations embrace agility at scale, and empowering teams to deliver value with speed, quality, and collaboration.

Throughout my career, I have led enterprise-wide Agile transformations across multiple domains, working with executives, product owners, and cross-functional squads. I bring expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Scrum@Scale, tailoring frameworks to fit organizational maturity and strategic objectives.
