I am an experienced BPO agent and a team player who welcomes any suggestions/opinions of my team with respect. I also have experience as a Medical transcriber or VA in a US Healthcare Insurance for 2 years and an E-commerce VA  for 3 years. I am detail-oriented and organized. I am also good at multitasking and Time management.
