My background includes schooling at Pace Setter Secondary School in Cross River State and further studies at Nogak Polytechnic in Uyo, Akwa Ibom. Along the way, I earned a Virtual Assistance Training Certificate, which gave me practical skills in administrative support, time management, and the use of digital tools to handle tasks efficiently.

Over time, I’ve built strong abilities in areas like scheduling, email and calendar management, data entry, and document organization. I’m also experienced in handling customer inquiries with patience and empathy, making sure problems are resolved quickly and customers leave with a positive experience. I believe that good communication and a friendly approach can turn even challenging situations into opportunities to build trust.

I enjoy roles where I can combine organization with problem-solving whether it’s helping a busy professional stay on top of their schedule or making sure a customer feels supported from start to finish.
