I am a dedicated and detail-oriented remote professional with over 10 years of diverse experience across customer service, data analysis, and executive support. My career journey has equipped me with a unique blend of analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a service-first mindset — all of which I bring into every role I take on.

I began my career in customer service within the telecommunication industry, where I spent 2 years assisting clients, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Following that, I spent 7 years working as a data analyst in the mortgage department of a major bank. I developed dashboards, generated monthly and quarterly reports, and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams including finance, compliance, and loan officers. My work contributed to improved data accuracy, faster reporting times, and more informed business planning. I’m proficient in tools such as Excel (advanced), and internal banking systems, with a strong understanding of data privacy and regulatory compliance in the financial sector.

Most recently, I worked for 1 year as a personal assistant, supporting a senior executive remotely. I managed schedules, coordinated meetings, handled confidential correspondence, and maintained smooth day-to-day operations. This role sharpened my organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail — especially in a virtual work environment.
