Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to gain experience across various roles that have shaped my skills and work ethic. Each position has taught me the value of adaptability, collaboration, and continuous learning. I’ve had the chance to wear many hats – from administrative support to marketing coordination, customer service, teaching, and even product research.

As an Administrative Assistant at Champion Dentists, I helped manage company contacts and leads through GoHighLevel, kept back-end documents organized, and contributed to social media by creating simple graphic designs and content. It was a great way to balance both creative and operational tasks while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

During my time as a Marketing Coordinator at Budgetnet Plan Management, I learned how to create engaging content for social media, design newsletters and graphics, and even edit videos. It was especially rewarding to contribute to events that made a difference in the disability community across Australia. I also managed social media calendars and ensured data was accurately entered, which honed my organizational skills.

My background in teaching English as a Second Language in Vietnam and earlier at Speakbay Tutorial Services and Clairvoyance Virtual Training has been a deeply fulfilling experience. It was heartening to see students gain confidence in their communication skills, and I always tried to provide thoughtful feedback and monitor their progress carefully.

In addition, I explored e-commerce and product research during my stint at Amazon FBA VA Academy, where I learned how to analyze product data using tools like Keepa and identify profitable products. While it was a different field, it sharpened my analytical skills and attention to detail.

Earlier in my career, I worked in customer service roles as a Telemarketing Representative and Financial Sales Representative, where I learned the importance of empathy and clear communication. Handling calls, updating customer information, and assisting with concerns taught me patience and how to remain calm under pressure.

Throughout all these roles, whether in administrative work, marketing, customer service, or teaching, I’ve found that being proactive, organized, and genuinely caring for the people I work with and serve has been the most important thing. I’m always eager to learn, contribute, and grow, and I’m grateful for each experience that has brought me to where I am today.
