I'm an Amazon Product Sourcing VA since December 2017. I have been tasked to source products from different stores like Target, Walmart, and many other retail stores. I analyzed each product's sales rank and if they are profitable. I am using OAXRAY, Tactical Arbitrage, JUnglescount, and manual sourcing in finding winning products.

I also manage my social media page wherein I promote my skincare business(Facebook and Instagram). I answer customer inquires, post content, and answer comments. I have a basic background in FB ads and I am willing to learn how to be a social media marketing VA.

Also, I have 4 years of experience as an HR generalist and Recruitment coordinator for an outsourcing company. I answer and process all HR-related concerns and tasks. I am also responsible for the Reference checks and Onboarding of new hires. I am also responsible for managing their documents, creating their offer letters and contracts. I also process Offboarding for employees leaving the company. I also conduct exit interviews and processing of their final pay.

I have worked as a customer service representative in call a center for a total of 8 years. I handled inbound calls. I answer customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints.

Additional skills creating branding materials for posting in social media using Canva. Basic Adobe Photoshop Editing. I also do product photography.
