Over 10 years of work experience giving professional, efficient, and high-quality service to various call center companies, I am an enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individual. I am skilled in communicating with clients over the phone and have experience using different tools special to what the clients need.

Ther recent work I have is a being a Global IT Service Desk supporting corporate account. Such as ticketing management, incident management, password reset, VPN Issues, inbound and outbound call calls for clients and employees, email support and etc.

As a virtual assistant and online freelancer, I have worked for almost 5 years and still counting. I have handled accounts such as Hobby Express (US Account) and Emerging Leading Technology (Australian Account). I have also worked as technical support for ADSL, Telephony, Mobile, and Email accounts. I do like cold calling for business about the product and services we offer. As time goes by, I learned a lot of processes and procedures for different systems and accounts that I have handled. 

I meet the deadlines and don't make promises I can't keep and I'm a team player as well as versed in handling/monitoring a team as a supervisor or team lead.
