In my ten-year career as an Account Manager, I have honed my customer success and marketing management skills, and the companies I’ve worked with have complimented me on my work.
I currently serve as an Advertising Operations-Account Manager for Business of Apps, where I work around content management, social media, designing of campaigns, reporting on ROI and KPIs. Also, I manage subscription services and monitor MRR and churn. During my time here, I implemented a new onboarding procedure for clients that ensures timely delivery of their profiles, better organization of their campaigns and a boost on performance.
Previously, as a VIP Account Manager for the 888 Holdings, I received praise for my overall support of the customer service and vip team and my positive attitude. I was responsible for organising, marketing and executing VIP events in Greece, UK, Spain and Gibraltar. It was a mix and match between budget planning, reporting on ROI and actually hosting the events myself. Before that I was the call center Shift Supervisor managing a team of 15+ representatives.
My further qualifications include a master’s degree in Translation from Surrey University, UK and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Deree -The American College of Greece.
