I've worked in the shipping industry for 20+ years under the customer service team. I've managed a team that delivered great customer support in the industry. With carefully planned processes, training, systems, teamwork, me and my team was able to achieve the required company targets.
I have great knowledge in the use of the following tools in carrying out the task efficiently: Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SAP CRM, MS office, and many others. In my transition from Corporate to Virtual world, I've enriched myself by enrolling in Amazon Virtual Assistant master class where I learned the basic knowledge of Canva, Asana, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Unicorn Smasher, Hootsuite.
