December 2012 – March 2015
I have handled four different accounts with Sutherland. The first one was AccountNow
where they offer prepaid cards (Visa and MasterCard) with direct deposit. Customers usually
call to check their balance, check their transactions and histories or anything that goes with
their account, usual or unusual stuffs. My task is to make sure to help them with confidence
and a good understanding to whatever the issue was and provide options to fix the issue.
Then NetSpend after 6 months which is almost the same company as they also offer prepaid
cards.
After NetSpend, I was transferred to be part of Symantec by Norton Live. I worked with
Symantec as a Technical Chat Support where we remotely access their computer to remove
unwanted files, viruses and some other computer threats. Apart from chatting with them,
we do multi task where we also receive calls where you can get to assist 5 different
customers at one time.
The last one was a sales account which is United Online where we offer NetZero Home
Broadband and a NetZero stick.

January 2015 – September 2015
I worked with JP Morgan Chase as a third-party collections agent where we call customers
to help them set up an appointment to discuss some alternative ways to pay for their credit
card bills.

September 2015 - November 2019
I worked with Staples for four years as a Customer Service Representative, we help
customers place their orders, website navigation, processing a return and checking the
status of their order. Then, I was promoted and got transferred to be part of the Staples
Chat Support Group where I became a virtual online assistant where we handle multiple
customers at the same time. We also make phone calls at the same time or do an outbound
call as well, so we can finalize their order as we cannot get card information via chat. We
also send call back request to set up an appointment to be called from different
departments if the issue is out of our scope.
Freelance Cold Caller
November 2019 to November 2020
I also worked with Big and Small Properties LLC, Fisher Properties and Rentals, Epic Homes
America as a Cold Caller, and an Appointment Setter. These are Real Estate Companies. My
task is to set an appointment for property owners and ask if they are interested to sell their
properties. We are using XenCall to call leads that are assigned to me.
After getting all the information I need, I will forward the information over to our Offer
Specialist or Acquisitions Specialist for them to close out the deal and take care of the
customer from there.

for Vas that provides professional administrative, technical, and creative assistance; and
might also help with personal day-to-day tasks to streamline all your systems.
I am working with them as a Cold Caller and the accounts that are assigned to me was Cash
my Home LLC, based in Cleveland, OH and We Buy Houses which is based in Las Vegas, NV. I
call property owners and ask if they have a property to sell and pre-qualify them, if we can
make an offer for the property and buy it.
