I worked on a freight forwarding company based in the US. I belong to the sales team and my primary task is to do an import quotes for all shipments arriving in the US. We do customs clearance and delivery to the customer's address. I normally provide quotes for customs clearance and trucking charges, either it arrives by air or by Sea, I also do domestic quotes, for other cargo within the US and some export too.

Before I become a home-based sales agent, I worked with the BPO industry and the account that I handled is both in the airline Industry (passage and cargo). I'm an account representative in United Airlines Sales Solution team, which we deal with travel agencies and corporate account. We support them in any issues that they have, like fare, seats, and others such as Mileage booking and fare match with other airlines. After that, I've joined Lufthansa Cargo Booking control and become the team Subject Matter Expert, which I do upskills training for the agents, huddle, handle escalation and coaching.I'm directly reporting to the client and the operation Manager. 

Being a Subject Matter Expert in Lufthansa Cargo allows me to work with other centers like Germany and India. Where in, I was able to enhance my skills, and become more self-reliance.

As a person, I can work with minimum supervision I can easily learn a thing as long as the right resources are provided. I can manage my time well and can be worked under pressure. I'm a good team player and has a great sense of responsibility.
