My background:
I started my career working as a Customer Service Representative and I really enjoyed engaging with customers, answering their questions, listening to them and finding solutions to their problems.
I moved on to working as a Staff assistant where I was assigned the everyday administrative activities like scheduling meetings, taking minutes of meetings, sending emails to clients, drafting reports and creating presentations.
I also have experience as a Project Manager and my duties included drafting project plans and project charter documents, scheduling and hosting daily standup meetings and delegating tasks, creating status reports to be presented to the stakeholders etc.
