Position: Technical Support and Service Desk Agent I
Main activities: I worked on the first level support, providing technical support using
SAP Sollman (Solution Manager system) and HPQC system, for the Deutsche
Telekom Group and other offshore customers. I Managed and distributed Tickets
(Change Requests, Problem Requests, etc.), generated performance reports and
helped the customers through phone and e-mail, always trying to talk the customer’s
language. We also checked the solutions and closed the Tickets. Twice a week we
ran meetings with our team in Hungary. The activities have been performed in
German and English language.
