I have more than 10yrs of experience in the Shared Services/ BPO industry. Experiences include handling B2B customer support via phone, email and chat. I did after sales processing and order processing. I was in-charge of warranty and start up commission process which I interacted with accounting , sales representatives, business owners and service engineers. I also was in- charge of Price book document maintenance for Thermal products in the database. I also have 2 years experience doing outbound B2B telesurvey job. Aside from that, I also have an HR specialist background doing Employee Engagement and Administration.
