I have a 10-year experience as Customer Service Representative/ Support in various Business Process Outsourcing company like Kodak, Virgin Mobile, Spark New Zealand and AT&T to name a few. As an experienced Customer Service Representative, I would bring a resourceful, flexible and hard working attitude to this role. 

I have handled all areas of Customer care including inbound, outbound, chat and email support. What makes me stand out against other candidates is my dedication towards anything that I do, I always make it a point that I wont settle for anything less than perfect.
