I worked in the BPO industry for almost 9 years straight. I was part of Blue Shield of California, an insurance company based. We handle billing for medical and dental claims from the provider's office. In the same years, I was also part of the Keurig Company, which sells coffee makers for home and commercial use. We assist customer in taking their orders, doing some troubleshooting if their coffee makers are not working.
I was the very first customer service representative in the company who received a Kudos call from the customer and it was during our nesting period. I was awarded as a Coffee Bean Master.
